We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect colour selection
• Buyer preference after delivery
Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and product images carefully before completing your purchase.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Faulty
• Incorrect
• Significantly different from what was ordered please contact Studio Korufu within 30 days of delivery.
To assist us in resolving the issue, please provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the issue
Once reviewed, Studio Korufu will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
LOST ORDERS
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact Studio Korufu as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed quickly after purchase. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or fulfilment.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault, is not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.
