ORDER PROCESSING

Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment before dispatch. During busy periods, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
